This Salon has come along way. I was there back in 2005 and the experience of Urban Creations was not that great. The stylists were rude, they ignored me the whole time and i wasn't that happy with my hair. I decided to try Urban Creations again in 2007 and this time experience was much better. They have all new stylist who were all very nice. They really excel in customer service. The receptionist greeted me right away and offered me something to drink. The stylist I had the first time was very nice and treated me with great respect. I have been to Urban Creations Several of times since and have been pleased every time. I also have been to several of the stylist and have had great services everytime. I would recommend Urban Creations to anyone.
