I joined Oz in June, and have to say that I am not that impressed. I completely agree with the last 2 postings on horrible customer service. I have been awaiting a refund check for 2 months, and have spoken with the manager once a week regarding this issue.
Pros: Good location
Cons: staff is incompetent, lack of customer service, and lack of caring about each customer.
