STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This limo company made my wedding day a nightmare! The last thing you expect on your wedding day is for your limo to break down. When the limo picked us up it was a hot and humid August day. The limo was hot but the driver said it was because he just turned the air on. When we got into the limo after the ceremony with my 14 person bridal party, the limo was making a VERY loud sound and it was STIFLING HOT! We got literally 10 minutes down the street and the LIMO BROKE DOWN! The company sent us another limo that was TRASHED with beer cans from a previous bridal party! This limo was MUCH SMALLER and some of my bridal party had to ride in a car that was following us. We switched limos on the side of a major highway! Needless to say, we were late to the reception. Also, my flowers as well as my bridesmaids were all drooped over and brown from the heat! When we called the owner, HE DID NOT WANT TO WORK WITH US OR OFFER US ANY TYPE OF REIMBURSEMENT! How rude and unprofessional!!! When I told him how unrealisitic he was being, he gave the phone to his secretary to handle the situation...again, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! I was just trying to support a local business...but I WISH I DIDN'T! Please trust me, I am being honest...DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
Pros: NOTHING!!!!! Seriously!
Cons: Everything, especially the owners (customer service) and the limo itself!
