Unbelievably bad customer service 7/30/2007

Monday, 7/30/07, lunch, 11 tables empty, 8 occupied. The sushi bar was full. Waited for 15 minutes without any attention, no water. 2 young men wandered around and avoided people - odd. In 15 minutes they cleaned one table and seated one table. A women finally came to the table but was too busy to answer questions so I didn't order much; only a Spicy Tuna roll. A man with an apron came by to ask if I had been waited on but didn't want to hear a complaint when I responded, ""Finally"". Spicy Tuna was unremarkable/extremely small. Dinner salad was $7, didn't try it. Much better value at Jimbeh/Lewisville or Benihana's/Irving - both have better service. Although I told them I was finished, after 7 minutes I left sufficient cash on the table. I won't repeat this mistake. To bad, the decor was nice. Pros: Nice decor. Cons: Non-existent customer service more
