Reservations were made online a month in advance-specifically asked for a NON-SMOKING room. After being assigned a room on the 5th floor each door was marked NON-SMOKING"". When you got off the elevator it was so cold-other customers actually said their noses starfted running from the cold. Our room stunk so bad, when we complained we were handed some kind of disinfectant from the houskeeping service and were told to ""keep spraying this into the vents!!!"" The rug was green, walls yellow, the couch bright red and bedspread brown. The capet was coming up from the floor, the bed platform was peeling. Even the carpeting in the hall was coming apart where it was suppose to be bound together. Never again. I won't waste my money.
