I was here recently for my first time visting Killington and this place is so cute. It's great for families. They have a pool, hot tub, cozy fireplaces, board games etc. I believe a bus comes to pick you up to take you to the ski resort. They have ""cookie/tea"" time from 4-6P for free (delicious...it totally hits the spot). There's a restaurant inside that decorated very much like an old living room with living room armchairs and the food is good. In the mornings there is a buffet breakfast with all kinds of foods (it gets busy!..lots of skiers are up getting their bites). The rooms are very adequate and minimal, don't expect to be dazzled-they fit their means. It's great!..book your stay here :D
Pros: Cookie Time, Buffet Breakfast, Atmosphere, Staff etc.
Cons: Not Modern (but then again it's a homey lodge)
