This was our first time buying a diamond, and needless to say I regret stepping foot inside this store. The only thing plesant abt this whole experience was the nice salesman that helped us make the purchase for a good price. However we were misled into thinking that the diamond was ""ideal"" cut. When we took the ring the next day to an appraiser, we were told the ring was cut wrong and was not ideal, and not the canadian grade, we thought we were buying. When we tried to return the ring, they stood firm behind their ""exchange only"" policy, and offered to trade for another ring. Everytime, we were forwarded to someone to discuss the situation, that person was ""on vacation"". This entire ordeal lasted 3 weeks with the VP of the company finally calling back with the same reply, even claiming that there is something we were not telling her!
