I boarded my dog at the UES location and have never been so dissatisfied and disturbed. First of all, I told them to call me with any problems because I have a friend two blocks away that can pick him up in a moment's notice. Besides that, I called them daily to see how he was doing...each time; they assured me he was doing great. \r
\r
I felt a little uncomfortable about the last phone call I had with them since they told me he had been eating all of his meals...something he doesn't even do at home with me. So I had my girlfriend pick him up two days early. \r
\r
Not only did he smell like urine and feces, he had a chunk bitten out of his nose and kennel cough. Despite my multiple attempts to talk to a manager, she would never pick up the phone and never called me back...but had no problem charging my credit card for the entire stay. The person that I did talk to said ""oh, we did notice his nose but it was just from some rough playing."" \r
\r
Just so you know, my dog is an easy-going, super playful dog that is not aggressive and gets along with other pets. There is no way that he started anything with another dog.\r
\r
All in all, this was the most expensive and sad learning experience and I just want to forewarn all other dog owners to stay away from Biscuits and Bath.\r
Pros: Absolutely nothing!
Cons: Negligent, careless and rude staff; extremely expensive; dirty facilities
