There is a real lack of communication, honesty and integrity at this store, including the store manager, Jose Silva. My parents took their car in to have some repair work done. The manager made many promises as to when the car would be completed. They kept their car for over 4 days before even touching it to start the repairs!. The shop did not call when the repairs were going to take longer than expected. When my parents called to check on the status of the repairs, Melissa at the front desk was extremely rude. My parents have been very good customers to this shop. If this is the way they treat their loyal customers, I can't imagine someone coming in for the first time. Choose another repair shop - it's not worth the hassles!!
