I didn't urgently need my jeans, so I told them ""just whenever."" BIG MISTAKE. Come on, A MONTH!!?? For jean hems??? I kept calling, and they kept saying they'd call me back ""the next day"" to let me know when I can pick them up. THEY NEVER CALLED. So once, when I finally called again, they apparently just patronizingly made up some dates - first ""this Saturday,"" then it was ""next Tuesday,"" then ""Thursday""...Thank God I had the foresight to call before I went each time. So, I still don't have my jeans.
Pros: None particularly, other than being close to my house
Cons: Unprofessional, Slow, Can't seem to get their act together
