I decided to tag along with a friend who was in the program two month ago. Since they were offering a free two week trial, decided I had nothing to lose (except my extra weight!) Finished their free trial and lost 9 lbs. Had about another 40 more to go so decided to do their discounted 10 week program (I like it more than the monthly option). So far another 5 weeks in and lost total of 24.7 lbs. My body fat so far drop 11%. The thing I like the best was my energy level which is fantastic.
Overall very friendly staff. Love Kim (the manager) who really was personable and answer any questions I had. I really liked their lectures on Saturday morning which focused on a lot of practical tips on educating me on long term lifestyle changes. Hoping to reach my goal real soon!
Pros: Staff, lectures (particularly exercise related ones), waiting room is large and comfy
Cons: none so far!
