I visited on May 18, 2007 with two friends for a birthday celebration. The decor was very nice, but the service was awful. The waiter never said his name and was unavailable throughout the meal. The radio was too loud and so, we had to strain to talk to each other. The mac and cheese tasted like cardboard. The waiter offered neither an apology nor a substitute when he was told abut the quality of the meal. Then, he had the nerves to have added a 20% gratuity to the bill, which I refused to pay. After waiting 15 minutes, we had to walk our check to the register because the waiter never returned. I would not return to Night of the Cookers and I do not recommend it. This place should be avoided like the plague. There is never an excuse for poor service because there are so many other choices.
