My Minolta Flashmeter IV broke and I was having a very difficult time finding someone who could repair it since it's obsolete and Minolta is no longer in business. International Camera in Chicago said they could fix it but they had to return it because they said they couldn't get parts. Then, just before giving up, I posted a question in a photographers forum and someone recommended Quality Light Metric. I called them and they said it would be no problem. They asked me to get the meter to them fast because they were soon closing down for two weeks. But International Camera was slow in returning my meter so I couldn't get it in to QLM right away. I sent it to QLM the day I got it from International Camera and was absolutely amazed when just two days later, QLM called to say the meter was fixed and as good as new. Their price was very reasonable too. I couldn't be more delighted with Quality Light Metric and the man I talked to was very nice and friendly. I'm not sure just what types of equipment they repair but they will be the first place I check when I need any repairs to my photography equipment in the future. They are amazing!
