I was at this particular IHOP off 290 one Wednesday NIght and ordered the Big Steak Omlette. I'm chewing and all I hear is this really loud crunching sound. As I continue to chew, something's not feeling right so I spew out the food and there, in my hand, was a piece of a porcelain plate (not mine) about 2 centimeters in size! Of course I complained and informed them that I would not be paying for my meal...which is the least I was concerned about. The waitress took my contact information and said I would be getting a call from their General Manager the next day. Have I gotten a call? So finally I call them, and ask for the manager. I hear the waitress, or whoever answered, say ""Here, they asked for the manager"" then nothing. So I'm guessing I'm on hold and I wait on the phone for TEN MINUTES and 14 seconds!!! I try calling back twice and I gess they have caller ID because I get no answer. DO NOT patronize this place. They obviously do not care about the well being of the people that help them stay open.
