AWESOME!! AWESOME!! AWESOME!! That's how I feel about Brent's catering. I needed a caterer for my wedding reception at my house. From the very first phone call Brent made me feel at complete ease, he got exactly what I was saying and wanting. Our theme was Tropical Luau and he delivered it exactly with class. He brought over samples of the menu and I was hooked...his food was unbelievable and he listened to every little detail that I wanted. The night of the party he and his crew came in and took over everything and all I had to do was relax and enjoy. His staff was so attentive and friendly and professional, all of our friends were so impressed. I can't imagine ever using another caterer...he's the one!
