This was my worst moving experience ever. They were late showing up on our pick up day and wanted to charge us extra for everything. They broke a lot of things and then when it came time for delivery they were 8 hours late - with no apology! They got their truck stuck in our driveway so in the middle of my move, I had to call a tow truck for them. Their customer service is horrible and when we tried to reach a settlement with them regarding 8 (yes 8) of our big items that they lost, they were horrible to work with. Not to mention the check that they finally sent us bounced and our bank charged us for it.\r
