Please let me just say, DO NOT waste your time going to this restaurant. We waited over 30 min. for TWO meals. Of course that was after we had to wait 20 min. for them to come back to take that order after we sat down. The food was decent, but you can find better BBQ elsewhere. My complimentary water they brought me tasted like it had some kind of chemicals in it. The waitress brought the wrong side and didn't come back to check on us until we were already done with the meal to switch it out, did I mention she gave us a dirty look when we told her? When she did bring the other side she had her thumb in it! I just couldn't believe how bad the service was. The whole wait staff just seemed very rude to both myself and my boyfriend. It wasn't even as if it were a crazy night. There were only three other tables of people besides ourselves. When I wrote to complain to the company they never even bothered to get back to me, why am I not surprised? I would much rather make the drive to Bam's in Glendora then go back to this place again. It was really surprising because I have eaten at another restaurant this company owns, De La Rosa and I love it there.
