At age 71, with stiffness increasing, body parts crying out for attention and movement becoming restricted, I ventured into PNW Pilates in a desperate state and found a treasure! The staff was welcoming and enthusiastic with an expertise far beyond my expectations in a relaxed and professional atmosphere. Their attention to detail in planning an individual program with ongoing assessment documented for continuity is remarkable in its effectiveness. The private sessions are individualized to the tiniest detail, group classes are small with individual attention, instructors continually praise and appraise. Their enthusiasm is contagious, their proficiency outstanding. I am hooked. I appreciate that they too continue to improve their knowledge and techniques with ongoing education.
