I made an appointment at Cutler because of the good review it got on citysearch. Well it didn't disappoint. I was sent a text message to confirm the appointment and they got an immediate response from me, because I am never without my phone. When I got to the salon, I had a 9:00 am appointment on a Saturday. I expected to find it empty with a lot of half awake grumpy people. The place was hopping around like it was 5:00pm on a Saturday afternoon before a big party night. Everyone was happy and polite. I was taken care of immediately. When I met Tonino he was the epitome of a gentleman. He listened to what I wanted and gave me feedback as to what would work best with my hair to get the results I was looking for. He was so gentle with me! He took so much time with cutting every hair and gave it so much tlc that I felt like I had been in an abusive relationship all my life with my other hairdressers and finally found what the real thing is supposed to be. Everyone seemed to be just as attentive and warm with their clients. It is definitely the place to go for you and your hair to be taking loving care of.
