We tried this place several times and while the food is pretty tasty, it is way over-priced especially considering the ""third world"" conditions. Service was OK, but it's dingy and cramped inside and needs more air from the kitchen fumes drifting up from below.
Pros: Food can be tasty
Cons: Dirty, run down facilities, cramped and stuffy.
