I recently wrote a complaint re: an unsatisfactory manicure/pedicure experience. It was not my goal to get a free manicure/pedicure and I didn't even know that the owner was able to contact me through this review. However, she called me and kindly apologized about this service and immediately offered me a free manicure/pedicure. I think this gesture proves that the owner is professional and very concerned about giving good service. My service is scheduled for next month since I'm not in NY now but I hope I won't be displeased this time. Lynn
