One of the worst experiences we have ever had in medical care. First, Dr. Hutzenbuhler canceled a long standing appointment to insert a vacation into her schedule. Second, Janet, the nurse who called to tell us the appt. had been abruptly scratched, was surprisingly unprofessional in phone manner. She left a message merely identifying herself as Janet who wanted to chat about the appt. with Dr. Hutzenbuhler. Janet did not identify herself as someone connected to practice, the office or Hutzenbubler. After SEVEN phone calls the appt. was re-scheduled for two months later. We arrived early (9:30am for a 10:00am appt.) to fill out paper work and to be ready. At 10 we were escorted to the examination room by a very cool and indifferent nurse (she almost surly). There we waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes with NO ONE poking in a head. Three times I went out to find someone fearing they had forgotten about us. But no one appeared. Finally, at 11:30 am, still waiting for the 10:00am appt., we left. Never did see Hutzenbuhler and never did hear from her. Apparently she was on the phone most of the time she kept us waiting and then tried to say (through her nurse Janet) that she was with a patient. We saw her sitting in her office as we left. OUTRAGEOUS. The words that come to mind for this group are: arrogant, indifferent, self-serving, cold, rude, deceitful, shameless and inept. Pros: Can't think of even one. Cons: Surprisingly inept in management and very rude. more
