I have been a long standing Zipps customer in the valley for years... both at Greenway & Camelback locations. When friends moved to North Scottsdale and I found the newest Zipps there, I couldn't have been more excited! Unfortunately, given recent experiences, I wouldn't recommend my WORST ENEMY to go there. We were treated extremely rude by the server and then proceeded to watch her talk to everyone else in the restaurant (from patrons to bar staff) pointing to us for simply asking her to bring us water. When we talked with the manager, he didn't even listen to what we THE CUSTOMER had to say about the situation, but continued to claim we had his ""BEST server"". He then told us that our food sitting out for 15 minutes should have been okay because it was under a heat lamp. Whatever the case, the server ignored us the remainder of the evening and we felt intimidated by her blatant over-exaggeration of the events to bar staff and patrons alike. We will NEVER go to this place again and would suggest the same to any potential guests. BEWARE OF SERVICE HERE! The customer is NOT the first priority, and apparently food under a heat lamp for 15 minutes is considered okay. Pros: amazing wings, shuffleboard Cons: worst service EVER experienced more
