Darien of Studio Darien understands Pilates and the human body on a very deep level. She has amazing attention to detail and makes you work inside out. When I work out with her, it feels like i'm meditating and I feel my entire body working and pumping. She's tough, yet graceful. Creative and energetic. I can't imagine a better way to get in shape, on the inside and out, than taking classes with Darien Gold.
