This is one of my favorite places to get sushi. Jason has great skill and an even better personality! They recently started a happy hour where you get 2 of the same roll for the price of 1 from 3pm - 6pm. Most of the rolls on the main menu are available for happy hour specials. The rolls are fresh, many unique, and many are LARGE. Rising Sun has the BEST fried rolls I've found anywhere in Las Vegas. You don't pay extra for cucumber salad and edamame, either! I have never had a bad experience here and I've been going since June 2006. Several times we've gone there have been other guests at the sushi bar that sing his praises too. Go see for yourself!
