I saw David at South Beach, who barely spoke English and I get the feeling that he was only nodding and smiling because he didn't understand what I said. He obviously didn't listen to what I wanted because I had bangs so long they were in my eyes and no layering whatsoever. I felt rushed as he hap-hazardly blowdried my hair without using any product which made my fine hair even flatter. THEN he had the audacity to charge extra because my hair was a 2"" below shoulder length!! I left without tip and promised never to return.
