My family bought 4 tickets to Vietnam last May 2006 at Spectrum Travel. 2 adults and 2 kids. My kids were 4 and 6 years old. The saleperson sold me the tickets name Nga which is the owner of Spectrum Travel. I heard kids under 12 will get discount and it only cost 2/3 of adult ticket. Nga said ""it doesn't apply anymore. Kids are no longer have that discount."" So I believed and bought at adult's price for my chridren.
Pros: the office look great
Cons: dishonest to customer. Will not tell if there are sale price
