I purchased a new 2006 ML350 Mercedes last year from Moss Motors. It has had ongoing problems. The service dept. has not been very professional in handling them. The third problem, which I consider to be major, is a transmission problem which I have tried to get serviced since the first week in January. I have yet to see any results to correct the problem. They say that Mercedes sent them parts that do not correct the problem. Then they were sent a CD disc that does not work to correct it. Now they are telling me they were sent another disc that perhaps will fix the problem. Since I purchased this vehicle, I have purchased an additional car for my daughter but chose to purchase elsewhere. Until Moss gets their service department in check, I would never recommend them to anyone. more
