I ordered delivery Saturday night and they quoted me 45 minutes to an hour delivery time. 2 hours later my food had still not arrived. When I called management for a credit or refund, they showed no remorse and denied my request. I ended up taking my family out to a lovely Chinese buffet for dinner for the same price. \r

It's unfortunate for them that they don't put a better emphasis on customer service. My husband and I had been their customers for years. Now we will find someplace else for our take-out and delivery.
