i grew up in Memphis and i was there when they ""moved"" the seperated grease to new store-\r
sounds ludicrous but was very entertaining, hype or not ! and the burgers really are great.\r
yes they are small-imagine an original McDonald's burger but the flavor from the grease is what\r
makes it soo good. I worked at Mcdonald's on Summer Ave as a teenager and we used the same\r
grease/oil over and over and just screened the impurities out at night; as long as grease is kept covered\r
and strained should be able to reuse indefinitely!
Pros: simple burger-great for lunch or a snack
Cons: price is much higher than it use to be
