Customer service does not exist at bergstrom's children's store. i got a complete run-around from them, ESPECIALLY the ""managers"" jose and michelle. after three months of frustration i finally took my business some where else. i will never set foot in there again and i strongly warn anyone against doing any business there. they are careless and unprofessional and i guarantee you will find satisfaction anywhere else BUT bergstrom's children's store.
