I ordered two stools Dec.1, 2007 and received a confirmation email & order number. After 2 weeks I tried to contact them by email and phone for the shipping status. No response to either. It took 4 phone calls to get anyone to acknowledge my order. Then I find out they didn't charge my credit until Dec.17, 2007. So, they never even placed my order until I complained and then lied to me about the status of the order and the shipping. I can understand and certainly tolerate mix-ups, but not lying, and the uppity attitude I got when calling these people. Just because they sell interesting items doesn't give them a license for arrogance, lying and poor service. I'm an architect on the west coast and if this is an example of what it takes to have two stools arrive in a timely manner from this store, then shame, shame, shame. There will never be another NEO Interiors order from me. I'll stick to west coast sources from now on. And I'm certainly not bashful about sharing my experience with NEO Interiors to the Design Community and on the appropriate blogs.
