My family and I have eaten at Maharaja numerous times whenever we're in the area and stop there every trip that we make several times a year. The food is perfectly seasoned, not too hot but still having a bit of a kick, and the choices are plentiful. Veg or non-veg, there's a variety for everyone. We even get take-out to bring home! The price is more than reasonable and, despite what was said in a previous review, we have never had anything but courteous treatment while there. On occasion, one or two of the trays have been empty and we've had to wait a few minutes while it was refilled, but that's the nature of any buffet. In the meantime, with about 20 feet of food selections to choose from, you certainly won't starve in those few moments!
