Robinson Animal Hospital has a very warm and caring atmoshpere. I have been there several times with my dog and for the majority of them I was very impressed! You walk in and are warmly greeted by the receptionist. Both technicians are extremely compassionate and caring. I have seen Dr. Washington the majority of the visits because I have chosen to do so. She is very nice and understanding, she explains things so I can understand what is going on, she cares for my dog as if he were her own. I have also seen Dr. Lewis and I would advise against it! Dr. Lewis was very fast in talking and explaining things to me. She was very short with me when I had questions regarding my dogs care. She also talks very uproffesionaly and down to the staff. (ie. the technician assisting her in the room) I was VERY disappionted with the way she practices so therefore I stick with Dr. Washington for my dogs care and well being.
