The last poster clearly doesn't understand what an HOA managment company does. The board of directors (your neighbors) make the rules. The HOA management company only enforces them. That is what the company is paid to do. These rules were given to you when you bought your house, in the CC&R's. If you had taken the time to read them, you would have understood the rules. NWCM does not chose when to enforce the rules, the board does. The board directs things. If you have a problem with the rules, talk to your board, don't blame the company that is paid to enforce them.
