I had been a loyal, if not frequent, customer of this place for about 8 years. Unfortunately, Adam sold it and the new owner apparently can't keep good employees. I had been getting massages from an employee that had been there since before the new ownership who did wonderful work but was let go for reasons too trivial to get into. Then, I was introduced to another girl who did great work but was let go recently. Perhaps the new owner should concentrate on her employees rather than the new decor and the new higher prices. The last woman that I recieved a massage from must be entirely new to giving massages because I had explained to her that I was having numbness in my right hand and muscle spasms in my back but she proceeded to give the standard, and not too impressive, massage. For some reason, she spent a great deal of time working on my legs, to the point of discomfort. I called the following day and was told that no refund would be givin and that I "should have known to get a different therapist". Unfortunately, I gave the therapist the benefit of the doubt and assumed that she would spend extra time on the problem areas once the massage was over since I specifically requested that my problemm areas be concentrated on. That, I suppose, is my fault. I would not recommend them at all.
