Best food and beer in the LES 10/6/2007

I went to Spitzer's Corner with my niece recently, she finished culinary school a couple of years ago and has been around food ever since.\r \r She thought the burger was the best she ever had, I put it in my top 3 list.\r The stake was very good as well, and the cured meat plate was a great appetizer.\r Needless to say, there were no leftovers (except some fries, they are very generous with them).\r \r I'm not a beer drinker, but even I was impressed by the selection and had a few tastes.\r \r The design is really unique as well, great space management, I love the long shared tables, they help create a warm atmosphere.\r You can't help but notice their windows, when retracted, they give you the feeling you're seating outside, but you don't have to deal with the crowd walking the streets.\r \r I've been there a few times since, I highly recommend it. Pros: Beer, Atmosphere, Food, Shared Tables, Crowd Cons: No beer sampler. more
