I have never written a review before, but feel compelled because I want others to know that they can stop searching for someone to make their hair look fabulous! My hair is very curly, and can look dry if the color is not done properly - I have been all over the city hoping to find someone I could keep going to for my highlights and finally found the answer at Cutler! I have been going to Rachel now for over a year and I am thrilled with the results, she just does an amazing job each and every time. She listens to what you're looking and gives suggestions if needed, and the finished product is always just what you hoped it would be if not better!
