I submitted 2 requests for information and called twice and never received an email or phone call back. I am planning a destination wedding and wanted to have a consultation to get a feel for what was available for the price range I am working with and it was very discouraging and frustrating never hearing back from them. I guess they are not known for destination/out of town service!
