I went in on a day that they were having chicken enchiladas as the special. I wished I was a food critic for a well known newspaper or magazine because I want to share the news that these enchiladas are outstanding! And I am a picky eater. I called the owner, Pamela Hahn, and she said that they are in the middle of making a new menu and the enchiladas will be featured on the new menu as an every day item soon. As for me they're classified as a "favorite" not only at Pamela's Eastside Cafe but as a favorite considering any meal you can get in the whole city of San Jose.
