I ordered a jacket from this company back in April 2006. It was meant to be a birthday gift which was coming up in May. It's now January 2007 and I have yet to receive it. I called and was promised a call back and I have yet to get a call from ""Dave"". Every time that I call and ask for him, he's ""not in"" or it's ""his day off"". I e-mailed the company a few months ago and got a message from someone who said that the problem would be resolved. Are you kidding me? How can it be resolved when nobody calls you back? My experince with this company is horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone!
