The owners must really believe everyone that comes to Christos is too drunk to realize the nasty taste in their mouth is the food. The cooks pile your plate full of cheap pasta and throw a little of what you ordered on top of this, then cover it with some generic chewy cheese product and hope you will not notice. The problem is people in Lexington dont really have much to compare this food with, so maybe you'll enjpy eating here if you usually consume Pizza Bites or the such.
