So, I've frequented many of the salons in the greater Portland area and I have to say that Brilliant Salon remains one of my faves. Best to get an appointment during mid-day since the parking down at Riverplace can be a little ridiculous, although the salon does validate. All of the stylists have a great amount of experience in their craft and continue to be relaxed and completely unpretentious. They actually seem to listen to what their clients want instead of assuming that they know better than you....which is rare. The price is right for the time and energy they spend trying to make your experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend checking out this salon.
