Unfortunately, I had the famous negative 'car sales' experience. On the upside I got a pretty good deal on a car they had on the lot. BUT there was a quiality item I had read about my car that concerned me. They commmitted they would 'take care of the issue' if it came up and essentially they just flat out lied to me to make the sale. No less than 2 months later the issue came up and they simply would not honor their agreement. I dont have time for organizations like this and would never recommend them.
Pros: clean, nice location, got a good deal
Cons: not trustworthy, gave me runaround
