The ""Luxury Sudan"" had two holes on the windshield (They claim it was from rocks but it looked like BB gun shots) and dirty. When we arrived at airport, they were not there. They called and said they would be there in 15 minutes....took 50 minutes. Driver then claims tip was not included in price! I wrote to the company and they said they would look into why the limo was late and they didn't. I asked for a refund of the tip portion of the bill and they ingnored my emails. If you need a shuttle to the port, just buy the transfers with your cruise line. You'd be much better off!
