This place has the best sushi I've found anywhere.Whereas other places serve pre-packaged and frozen stuff, this place makes many of their items in-house such as the home-made sea eel which has a melt in your mouth buttery flavor, and the house cured mackeral which was smooth and flavorful with a tinge of brininess which I haven's seen duplicated elsewhere, and the rolled omelet or tamago which many chefs are judged upon. Their fish quality is always superb and dishes are executed with skill and style. This is a new restaurant. Their service can be disorganized and kitchen items can be over cooked but judging by the quality of their sushi, the hip yet unpretentious decor, and the music bossatronica, this place show great promise!
Pros: sushi, ambience
Cons: food can be over-cooked, service can be slow
