I went to alter my bridemaids dress here and it was a disaster !!! I wanted them to hem up the length by a few inches. I came back after a few days and it was completely slanted !!! and you could see the slip clearly on one side. One side was 1"" higher than the other side. At first they tried to say it was the dress was slanted to begin with. They showed me the cut off material and it was OBVIOUS that it was cut way off. They could not deny it so they said that they would try to fix it.... \r

A week later.... I came back and it was still kind of slanted but I just wanted to get out of there. I told them that they ruined the dress. Then they argued that I wanted it that short. I wanted it right at my knees.... and the dress is mid thigh length ! Not only did they not give me a discount, the second I mention that I was disappointed and did not want to pay... they snatched the dress back and would not give it to me unless I paid. I had to pay... I had to get the dress... \r

I highly do not recommend this place. They are very unprofessional... and RUDE... !
