I have been in Pittsburgh for about two years, and had heard about this salon. I thought that I would give it a go for this wedding I had coming up. I told her that she could do anything she wanted, just to make sure my hair looked good for this wedding. What did I get...............an awful trim and sent on my way with WET hair, she didn't even dry my hair! She didn't even try to converse with me, sh only spoke to the other stylist there. I am still angry about the way I was treated. If I wanted a chop job I would have done it myself. I go to a salon, because they are supposed to know what they are doing.....not here, don't do it!
