ABOMINABLE!!!! Have you ever had an awful nightmare?? Well this was worse...I kept pinching myself to wake up just to realize that I was at the mercy of these insanely incompetent & rude people. The service was the worst I have ever encountered. No one would ever give me a straight answer as to when my delivery would be made...I was tossed around from the driver to the general manager to the dispatch. They were almost never available to take my call & when I finally did make contact they would toss me off again. Everytime that I talked to them, there would be an added cost to my delivery. The final amount was $800 over my quote!!!! AND THEN, when I was finally told a date that was somewhat concrete, I phoned the driver to confirm & he informed me that he had ""forgotten my shipment"". My shipment was going from NC to NY & it ended up for a week in Atlanta, GA. I had to change my flight because they changed the delivery & it ended up costing me $250 to change my flight. I was then informed that when the delivery would be coming into the city that it would be an extra $300 shuttle fee which started off at $150 and they told me the day before it had doubled. The dispatch even told me that shuttle was a mistake & was ""not in his plan"" but yet when asked about paying for it he told me I was responsible for this even though it was a self admitted mistake. I finally got the shipment delivery range between Wed-Sun. I sat in an empty apt for the whole week and waited with no delivery ever showing. I had to fly back to NC for work and had specifically planned to be there for my shipment and it never showed. I had to pay my super more money to be there to let them in when they finally showed 3 days after I left. They have no care or respect for their customers and I really can not see how they are still in business. I would not want my worst enemy to endure through what I did.
