This place is so busy that I think sometimes they don't have time to properly freeze the ice crm before serving, especially with popular flavors such as chocolate or vanilla (or perhaps they open those freezer cases so often that it can't stay as cold). Don't get me wrong, I like my ice crm a little on the melty side, but my signifigant other likes his ice crm to be a little firmer. If you want firmer ice crm on a popular day (hot out, weekends), try one of the more different flavors, such as Graham Central Station (a seasonal flavor).
